This Fair Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the acceptable use of the Carlovers Infinity Wash Club (“Infinity Wash Club” or “Program”) by our customers. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with this Policy. The Policy has been developed in compliance with Australian law and is intended to ensure that all customers are able to enjoy the benefits of the Program without interruption or inconvenience.
- Scope
This Policy applies to all customers who subscribe to the Infinity Wash Club. The monthly fee for the Infinity Wash Club covers one vehicle only to access unlimited washes per month.
- Usage Restrictions
- One Vehicle Only: The monthly fee for the Infinity Wash Club is for the use of one (1) registered vehicle only. Customers are not permitted to use the Program across multiple vehicles. Any attempt to do so may result in the immediate termination of your membership.
- Maximum Credit Limit: The maximum credit provided per month for the Infinity Wash Club will be $400. If the usage exceeds this limit, additional charges may apply.
- Site Access: The Infinity Wash Club can be used at any Carlovers site.
- Liability for Damage
Carlovers accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage caused to the customer’s vehicle while using the Program. By participating in the Program, customers agree to assume all risks and hold Carlovers harmless for any damage, loss, or claim that may arise as a result of using the Program.
- Membership Termination
Carlovers reserves the right to suspend or revoke a customer’s membership to the Infinity Wash Club if they do not abide by the terms of this Fair Use Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to use the Program for multiple vehicles or using the Program in a manner that is fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise violates this Policy or any applicable laws.
- Changes to the Policy
Carlovers may amend this Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any material changes to the Policy by email, on our website, or through other appropriate means. Continued use of the Infinity Wash Club after the effective date of any changes to the Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
